Call for mini-grant applications for volunteering initiatives – 2025 edition

Please note: we are announcing a competition for MINI GRANTS for voluntary initiatives!
Mini Grants are grants ranging from 500 to 1,000 PLN gross for the implementation of an original volunteering initiative for the benefit of the Lubuskie Military Museum or the community supporting the museum. In the 2025 edition, we will award four such Mini Grants!

WHO CAN APPLY FOR FUNDING FOR THEIR PROJECT?
Teams of volunteers comprising at least two people, including an adult Project Leader responsible for the MINI GRANT, who are looking for opportunities to fund interesting and innovative activities by volunteer groups and to carry out their own voluntary work.

WHAT KINDS OF ACTIVITIES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FUNDING?
a) activities encouraging volunteering
b) the implementation of original ideas and volunteering initiatives carried out for the benefit of the Lubuskie Military Museum (including its collections, statutory activities, and for the benefit of the community associated with the museum, particularly volunteers).
c) activities aimed at developing and strengthening the skills of volunteers working at the Lubuskie Military Museum
Planned activities must be carried out between 1 August 2025 and 7 December 2025.

Electronic applications should be sent to the email address: tplmw@wp.pl or submitted to the office of the Friends of the Lubuskie Military Museum in Zielona Góra, based in Drzonów.

Please note that electronic applications do not need to be signed on the day of submission. A signature will be required when signing the agreement for the Mini Grant.

Application deadline
Applications must be submitted by Tuesday 15 July 2025, 23:59
(The date of receipt by the Society’s office or via email shall be decisive)

The results of the competition will be announced by Tuesday, 22 July 2025, on the website http://www.muzeum.drzonow.eu/index.php/wolontariat

The competition is organised by the Society of Friends of the Lubuskie Military Museum in Zielona Góra, based in Drzonów.
The competition is funded by the National Institute of Freedom – Centre for the Development of Civil Society from the resources of the Solidarity Corps programme – the Government Programme for the Support and Development of Systematic Volunteering for the years 2018–2030, under the scheme ‘Support for volunteering organisations in NGOs – WOW in NGOs!’
