The programme includes, amongst other things:

• presentation of the large-scale model diorama “The Normandy Landings”
• exhibitions of cardboard and plastic models, sports models and scale models
• demonstrations of moving and floating models
• educational games and activities
• rides in a vintage BTR-152 armoured personnel carrier
• airsoft shooting range
• laser shooting range
• display of the ZUR-23 anti-aircraft missile system
• market stalls and military pea soup
• tours of the museum’s exhibits and much, much more

We are organising this picnic with our volunteers, many of whom are passionate about model-making. We want to inspire a love for this wonderful and enriching hobby among the youngest visitors and create a space for sharing model-making experiences.
