Invitation to the 12th ‘Cycling for Independence’ Rally

The aim of the ride is to celebrate National Independence Day in an active and joyful way, to show our attachment to the national colours, whilst learning about Polish history in an unconventional way. We also believe it is important to promote a healthy lifestyle and cycling tourism among young people.

Let’s celebrate National Independence Day through sport and culture.
We set off on Tuesday 11 November 2025 from Heroes’ Square at the symbolic time of 11:11.

The finish line of the ride is the Lubuskie Military Museum. Here, after the ceremony of singing the national anthem together, you can visit permanent and temporary exhibitions, watch presentations by historical re-enactment groups, view an exhibition of works by children and young people from the “Paths to Independence” competition, or enjoy a delicious military pea soup.

On this day, the museum will host the announcement of the winners of the “Paths to Independence” art competition, the award ceremony, and the opening of the post-competition exhibition. The ceremony will be enriched by a living history lesson prepared by re-enactors from the Association of Military History Enthusiasts.
