The Management Board of the Friends of the Lubuskie Military Museum cordially invites all members to the General Meeting, which will take place on Thursday 27 June 2024 at 3.30 pm in the Knights’ Hall at the Lubuskie Military Museum.

Program:

1. Opening of the meeting by the Chairman of the Board, Dr Włodzimierz Kwaśniewicz
2. Drawing up the attendance list.
3. Confirmation that the meeting has been duly convened and that a quorum is present.
4. Election of the Chair of the meeting
5. Presentation of the Board’s activity report on the association’s activities in 2023.
6. Presentation of the annual accounts for the year 2023.
7. Presentation of the Audit Committee’s recommendations for the year 2023.
8. Approval of the reports by the General Meeting.
9. Presentation of the plans for the Association’s activities in 2024.
10. Open discussion and motions.
11. Closing of the meeting.

Please note that you are required to pay a membership fee of 24 PLN for working members and 12 PLN for school pupils, students, the unemployed, and pensioners.
