PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In connection with the entry into force on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council
of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/ 46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”, in order to fulfil the information obligation set out in Article 13 of the Regulation, we hereby inform you of the principles governing the processing of your personal data and of your rights in this regard:
The controller of your personal data is the Lubuskie Military Museum in Zielona Góra, with its registered office in Drzonów, 66-008 Świdnica, Drzonów 54, REGON number 970779601 and NIP number 9730339595.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the GDPR.
Personal data will be processed for the purpose of providing the services offered by the Data Controller.
The Data Controller does not transfer data to a third country or an international organisation.
Please be advised that you have the right to: access your data, rectify your data, erase your data, restrict the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding the processing of your data by the Controller. You may exercise the rights referred to above by submitting a written request to the Controller’s address.
Your personal data will be processed until an objection to its processing is raised, and in the event of such an objection – for the duration of the limitation period for any claims that may be brought by the data subject.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
The provision of your personal data to the extent required by law is voluntary. Failure to provide the personal data required by law will result in the inability to use the services provided by the Data Controller.
CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS AT THE LUBUSKIE MILITARY MUSEUM
IN DRZONÓW ARE FILMED AND PHOTOGRAPHED.
Participation in these events constitutes consent to the use of your image and the image of any children in your care.

in cultural and educational events at the Lubuskie Military Museum in Drzonów.

- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of:
– promoting the artistic and cultural events of the Lubuskie Military Museum in Zielona Góra, based in Drzonów,
in particular:
in promotional materials relating to the promotion of the Lubuskie Military Museum in Zielona Góra, based in Drzonów, on the website, in film and printed materials, and in other forms of recording,
– promoting cultural and educational events in the media and publications,
– carrying out activities in accordance with the consents granted and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation,
– carrying out activities required by applicable legal and administrative provisions,
– pursuing the Controller’s legitimate interests.
- The data provided will be processed in accordance with the GDPR.
- Personal data: images recorded in the form of videos and photographs taken during cultural events and events organised by the Arts and Promotion Department have been obtained on the basis of voluntary consent.
- The recipients of personal data will be:
– the Controller’s employees authorised to process personal data,
– entities providing ICT, organisational and technical support to the Controller,
– institutions authorised to process personal data under applicable law,
– the media, publishers and advertising agencies.
Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.
- Your personal data will be processed until you object to its processing; if you do object, it will be processed for the duration of the limitation period for any claims that may be brought by the data subject.
- You have the right to access your data and to correct it. You also have the right to erasure, to data portability, and the right to restrict or request the cessation of processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office regarding the processing of your data by the Controller. You may exercise the rights referred to above by sending a written request to the Controller’s address.
The premises of the Lubuskie Military Museum in Drzonów are subject to
CCTV surveillance.

Surveillance is used to protect property and ensure safety within the monitored area.
The legal basis for processing is the Act of 22 August 1997 on the Protection of Persons and Property (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1495).
CCTV recordings will be retained for a period of 30 days.
CCTV recordings are not disclosed to other entities, unless required by law.
Access to CCTV recordings is granted to: authorised employees of the Controller and institutions and authorities authorised to access such recordings under the law.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection regarding the processing of your data by the Controller. You may exercise the rights referred to above by sending a written request to the Controller’s address.
